Where AI Pays for Itself, Fast

Six places I look first when I sit down with a new client. Most businesses have at least three.

Customer Service Automation

AI chatbots that answer common questions instantly, qualify leads 24/7, and only escalate the conversations that actually need a human. Cut response times and freed-up staff hours.

Workflow Automation

Connect the tools you already use so data flows automatically. Stop copy-pasting between your CRM, email, spreadsheets, and accounting software.

Document & Email Processing

AI that reads contracts, invoices, applications, and inbound emails, then extracts the data, files it, and routes it to the right person automatically.

Cut Labor Costs

Repetitive admin work that takes a person 10 hours a week often takes AI seconds. Reallocate staff to higher-value work or grow without new hires.

Smarter Reporting & Insights

Plain-English dashboards that summarize sales, marketing, and operations data so you stop spending Sundays in spreadsheets.

Growth & Sales Acceleration

AI lead scoring, personalized outreach, and proposal generation that helps your sales team close more deals without working more hours.

An Honest Word About AI

This isn't theoretical for me. In my day job I lead information systems and enterprise applications for a New York insurance and financial services company, where I implement automation and practical AI at the enterprise level. The same modernization work I do there is exactly what I scale down for small businesses here. It's practiced, not guessed at.

AI is genuinely powerful, but it's also massively over-hyped. Most "AI tools" sold to small businesses are bloated, expensive, or solve problems you don't have.

My job is to be the one person in the conversation who'll tell you when AI isn't the answer. I'll only recommend automation where the math works: where the time saved, costs cut, or revenue gained clearly beats the build cost.

If your business doesn't need AI yet, I'll say so, and we'll talk about what would actually move the needle instead, whether that's a sharper small business website or a redesign of the one you already have. You can also see the results I've gotten for other clients.

"I had my website built by Greg and I couldn't be happier with the results. My clients constantly tell me how professional, clean, and easy to use my site is. He has an amazing eye for design and made everything feel effortless on my end. He responds extremely fast, handles updates and suspension appeals before I even notice there's an issue, and always goes above and beyond without me having to ask. He's friendly, patient, and truly cares about making sure your business looks its best. If you're looking for someone reliable, talented, and dedicated, I highly recommend him. He's the best designer I've worked with.... hands down!!!"

Frequently Asked Questions

We start with a free 30-minute discovery call to understand your business, your team, and where time and money are getting wasted. From there, I map out 3-5 specific AI opportunities ranked by ROI and effort. You decide what to build, and I handle the implementation.

Every project is scoped and quoted individually, because the right automation for a solo operator looks nothing like a multi-system rollout for a growing team. A simple customer-service chatbot or document-processing automation is a smaller investment, and connecting several systems together runs higher. After a short discovery call you get a fixed-price quote upfront, with no hourly billing surprises.

When it's matched to the right task, yes, and the savings are real. I regularly see 60 to 80% of the time on repetitive tasks like data entry, scheduling, and email triage disappear, response times on customer service drop by a third to a half, and one or two roles' worth of work get absorbed by automation. I only recommend AI where the math works.

That's the whole point. I build, deploy, train your team, and document everything so a non-technical owner can run it. You don't need to know what an LLM is. You just need to know what's slowing your business down.

Yes. I use enterprise-grade providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft) with proper data agreements, build with privacy-first architecture, and keep sensitive data inside your own systems wherever possible. No training on your private data, ever.

Service businesses with repetitive admin work, companies with high customer-message volume, firms with complex documents (legal, accounting, real estate), and any growing business where the owner is the bottleneck. If your team spends hours on tasks a smart assistant could handle, you're a fit.

Discovery and roadmap take about a week. A focused single-workflow automation runs 2 to 4 weeks. A larger multi-system rollout runs 6 to 10 weeks. You see working prototypes early and approve each stage before I build further.

Almost certainly. I work with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Zapier, Make, Slack, and most modern SaaS tools. If your stack has an API, it can be automated.
